A Cheater's Prayer

Lord have mercy, It's not the first, not the last

So much pretty girls pass by

And holding on is such a task

That's why I say this from my heart

Oh Lord, don't let me cheat on my girlfriend

Coz as far as I can see, she loves only me

Oh Lord, don't let me cheat on my girlfriend

But Lord if You can't stop me from cheating,

Just don't let me get caught

And I hope I don't get caught

It's such a sticky situation, yeah

I promised my girl I would only look in her direction

The moment I say the word and turn I see another one

And my body too weak and I bow for the attention

I only wanna give the girls what they want

My lady says I'm wrong, but she would understand

I don't wanna lie, but I don't want to cry

I'm so very weak inside

I love my baby, but the girls are still on my mind

It's unfair I cannot lie, coz I can't bear to see my lady and another guy

To have one girl it's kind of rough to play the part

She would have left me if she knew or saw my thoughts

I hope I don't ever pay that cost

One girl to a man so we're setting it

But we men still keep on forgetting it

Coz we never get caught we think we're making it

I hope we don't end up regretting it
